Fab tights! I definitely have to get back into my coloured tights when I go back to work next week.
I absolutely think those tights work with that outfit -- all you need do is add a piece of jewelry, a scarf, a belt, a bag...something else to echo that color (need not even be exact match, IMO)
In fact, I think turquoisey blues go GREAT with browns.
Oh, and I think that skirt is WONDERFUL :)
Those tights are definately not insane - it will no doubt amuse you greatly to know that I posess an identical pair! Just that I dont get as much of my legs out as you!! :o))
Coloured tights are great, I love the colours you can get. I like to wear a different colour for every day of the week.
