Just to prove that I am no fairweather blogger, today's outfit is awful. I look short (nothing particularly wrong with that I suppose), fat and generally terrible. Ah well, can't always get it right.

I don't think you look short OR fat. The only thing I would change is the top, maybe a solid contrast colour (I love turquoise and brown) but that's because I am anti-stripe!
I think it's just the horizontal stripes on the top, and maybe the flat boots?
Why don't you try it again with a plain top (I'll second the turquoise!) and high heeled boots? (I know you've got some brown high heeled boots!)
I will definitely try the turquoise next time and something more delicate on my feet.
