I managed to cut off the top of my head in this pic, but it was the best of a very bad bunch! Trying a bit of pattern mixing with the patterned dress and snakeskin effect belt. I like it I think.

Happy Birthday to Me!

It's my birthday today so I headed into town with all my family for lunch at our favourite all you can eat Chinese place. It was delish! We then went shopping as I had money burning a hole in my pocket but couldn't find anything I wanted to buy. It's virtually unheard of! Got cake and candles for tea and a relaxing evening in front of the TV (watching Dancing on Ice if I get my way - mmmmm I have a bit of a huge crush on The Silver Fox!!)

Celebrating Curves

This is definitely my booty skirt :o) I am loving my curves today in this. Sometimes I wish I was slimmer but I have a womanly shape and I love having a bum and hips! This outfit was designed around the boots which were another pair gifted by Katie.

Blogiversary

I almost forgot to say, it's my first Blogiversary today!!! I'll have a look through my posts later and see if there's anything interesting to report from my first year of blogging. I still find it hard to believe that anyone is interested in reading it.

We watched The Devil Wears Prada a couple of nights ago and this outfit is inspired by one Anne Hathaway was wearing in it. I couldn't find a full length shot of the outfit but this is the top part. I could really do with some more accessories to make my outfits more interesting.

My first attempt at decrating biscuits using The Hyper Homemaker's method. I'm really pleased with the results even if they did take an incredibly long time to do.

Busy cleaning up the house for another viewing today. I promised to leave the kids traintrack out but thinking I'm going to have to be a mean Mum and put it away becaue they have cleverly incorporated the hoover into their track design!

More Wellie Weather

More snow again today. It's getting really slushy and slippery. I am eternally grateful I hung on to the all terrain buggy instead of changing it for a stroller. More snow predicted for tonight and Monday so can't imagine the outfits will get much more exciting than this.

Back to Normal

I didn't post yesterday because I looked exactly the same as the day before and didn't really get a chance to get out of my we weather gear much. As I suspected these trousers are a little short for heels but I don't have anything else to wear with them so it'll have to do. I'll be wearing wellies if I leave the house anyway.

Snow!!!

Here I am all ready to go to my interview. As you can see we have been hit by snow and lots of it! I never thought the day would come that I would go to an interview in wellies!! Sadly I found out it was cancelled and trudged back home again. Had a lovely time with the kids playing - they were totally excited and have never seen this much snow. Then the rest of the day finishing off work in the bathroom because our house is going on the market and the agent is coming to take photos tomorrow morning.
